Jaydian J. Miller started J Miller & Company LLC on January 1st, 2018 to build the legacies of individuals, communities and businesses for present and future generations. He received numerous awards for Education, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Sports and Community Service such as The 2010 Most Accomplished Former Student-Athlete Award, 2011 Bahamas National Youth Award of Excellence, 2012 Bahamas National Men's Empowerment Award, 2013 Livelihood & Social Development Certificate from The People's Republic of China, 2014 Bahamian Icon Humanitarianism Award Finalist, 2017 Bahamas Primary School Student of The Year Foundation Retiring Director Award (2011-16), 2019 Patty Michelle Miller Award for special effort in The Bahamas Government's Ministry of Youth, Sports & Culture National Youth Leaders' Certification Program and 2021 Project Y Bahamas Top 48 Millenials Recipient. He is a Life Skills Trainer, College Psychology Instructor and Health and Wellness Coach who has multiple certifications as a Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTS-I), Corporate Trainer, Credit Consultant, Credit Score Consultant, ISSA Weight Management and Strength & Conditioning Specialist, USA Track & Field Coach, USA Basketball Youth Development Coach and much more. He holds a Certificate in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University and over a decade of Leadership experience with organizations such as Finish Line, Inc., Foot Locker, Inc., Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Kaplan University, Baha Mar Limited, Leadership Development Institute, Mario's Bowling & Family Entertainment Palace and Seven at The Pointe. He also worked at T-Mobile USA, Inc. and Hilton Hotels & Resorts. His passion is working with At-Risk Youth as a Certified City & Guilds Skills Trainer and Assessor with certificates in Trauma Informed Care and Clinical Trauma.
Jaydian obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of South Florida in 2008. His goal is to make an invaluable difference in the lives of individuals, communities and businesses for the rest of his life through our services.
