He's a Certified USA Track & Field and UBSC Bowling Coach who takes a holistic approach not only focusing on conditioning the body but also the mind and spirit. He has trained many Basketball, Football, Track & Field and Soccer athletes who are now playing on The Collegiate Level. Positive thoughts produce positive results! We also provide nutritional advice based on your specific needs to help accelerate your progress.

Coach J.'s training has been instrumental in helping many student-athletes in Basketball, Football, Cross Country and other sports to earn scholarships. Our Track & Field Training Program is designed for Athletes who participate in The 100 Meters, 200 Meters, 400 Meters, 800 Meters, 1500 Meters, High Jump, Long Jump & Triple Jump. Coach J. is a Certified USA Track & Field Coach who has produced 1 Florida High School State Finals Long Jump Bronze Medalist, 4 USATF Medalists in The 400M, 800M, 1500M, Triple Jump & Long Jump and a 2-Time USATF Nationals Qualifier. We are focused on providing you with specialized training in specific events through various training methods to improve your performance.
