1 Hour | 3 Sessions Per Week | 12 Sessions Per Month | $270.00 Per Month 

Our Fitness Training Program is designed for individuals who have lost the motivation to continue working out on their own, may have gotten tied up with work and family time, needs to lose weight or don't feel confident about their body. We are focused on providing you with the training needed to create a healthy lifestyle that also includes nutritional advice and plans for more benefits. Training locations and times are subject to change upon our approval.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

1 Hour | 3 Sessions Per Week | 12 Sessions Per Month | $300.00 Per Month 

Our Strength & Conditioning Program is designed for student-athletes of All Sports to improve their overall performance and health. Coach J.'s training has been detrimental in helping many student-athletes to earn collegiate scholarships. We are focused on providing you with quality training that will improve overall Strength & Conditioning, Running Technique, Foot-Strike, Power, Agility and more through various training methods. Training locations and times are subject to change upon our approval.

TRACK & FIELD TRAINING 

1 Hour | 3 Sessions Per Week | 12 Sessions Per Month | $360.00 Per Month 

Our Track & Field Training Program is designed for student-athletes who participate in The 100 Meters, 200 Meters, 400 Meters, 800 Meters, 1500 Meters, Long Jump & Triple Jump. Coach J. has produced 1 Florida High School State Championships Long Jump Bronze Medalist and 4 USATF Medalists in The 400M, 1500M, Triple Jump & Long Jump. We are focused on providing you with specialized training in specific events through various training methods to improve your performance. Training locations and times are subject to change upon our approval.

BOWLING TRAINING

1 Hour | 3 Sessions Per Week | 12 Sessions Per Month | $360.00 Per Month 

Our Bowling Training + Strength & Conditioning Program is designed for individuals who can use Bowling as a vehicle to earn a collegiate scholarship to secure their futures. Not every athlete will be the greatest basketball, football, soccer, baseball or softball player. We are focused on providing you with the training needed to be a successful bowler to position yourself for success at the next level. Training locations and times are subject to change upon our approval.
